By accessing or using The SEN Advocate website, client portal, forums, messaging, and related services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We provide SEN advocacy support and information services, including public resources, account features, client communications, document workflows, forum features, and billing tools such as quotes and invoices.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out using your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend access if account information is false, misleading, or used in breach of these Terms.
You agree not to:
You remain responsible for content you submit (for example forum posts, messages, and uploaded documents). You confirm you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe others' rights or applicable law.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your submitted content as needed to operate and support the Services.
We may moderate, restrict, hide, or remove content (including forum and messaging content) where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches.
Uploaded documents may be scanned for malware and processed through operational workflows (such as storage, sharing controls, and optional sync/summarization features where enabled). You must not upload unlawful or malicious material.
Quotes and invoices are provided under the agreed scope of work. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.
Public invoice links are secure token links. Anyone with the link may be able to view the invoice content, so links should be treated as confidential.
Online checkout endpoints may be enabled or disabled by configuration. Where card processing is enabled, third-party payment provider terms may apply.
The Services, including website content, branding, layout, and software, are owned by or licensed to The SEN Advocate. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our materials except as permitted by law or written agreement.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services to maintain security, compliance, quality, or operational performance.
Content provided through the Services is for general information and service delivery support and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
SEN law and local authority practice can change. We do not guarantee that all public content is complete or current for every individual circumstance.
Except where required by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies or similar technologies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
