Tic Talk

The Tourette & Tic Workbook for Kids & Teens

Tic Talk is a fun, easy-read workbook that helps children and teens with tics or Tourette’s understand what’s going on, spot what makes their tics louder or quieter, feel good about themselves and explain tics to the people around them. It’s guided by Flick, a friendly brain with tics who is also funny, kind and REALLY good at building things.

Created by The SEN Advocate, it has one message running all the way through: tics are not your fault, they’re not naughty, and you’re not doing them on purpose. There is no shame here and no pressure to hold tics in. There are no wrong answers, spelling doesn’t count, pages can be done in any order, and drawing, ticking, colouring and typing all count.

WHAT’S INSIDE (55 pages)
