All About Me
A new class or a new teacher doesn’t have to mean starting from scratch. 🌊
For lots of children with special educational needs and disabilities, the start of a new school year, a new class or a new setting can feel huge. New adults don’t yet know what matters to them, how they communicate or what helps on a hard day, and it can take weeks to build that picture. If you’ve ever wished you could hand the new teacher a quick “this is my child” guide, this is it.
Pupil Passport is a friendly, one-page “all about me” sheet for children with SEND and the grown-ups who care for them. Children fill it in with an adult, putting their own voice at the heart of it, so their new teacher can understand them from day one.
WHAT’S INSIDE (1 page):
⭐ What Is Important to Me – the people, interests and things that matter most
💙 What People Like and Admire About Me – strengths, talents and the things that make your child shine
💬 Communication – how your child communicates and the best way to talk with them
🤝 How Best to Support Me – what helps, what doesn’t, and the adjustments that make a difference
🩺 Health, Wellbeing and Medical – needs staff should know about
🎯 My Goals – what your child is working towards
