There are 28 cards in total covering animals like a monkey, penguin, cat, whale, giraffe, lion, sloth, elephant, butterfly, and more. The exercises range from deep slow breaths (relaxed cat, bear's rest, sleepy sloth) to quick little breaths (tiny mouse, buzzing bee, busy ant), making them useful for different situations - calming down, energising, or focusing.
