Brave Brain Anxiety Workbook
The Anxiety Workbook for Kids
Your brain is not broken. It’s braver than it thinks. 💙
Brave Brain is a fun, easy-read anxiety workbook that helps children and teens understand their worries, calm their body and take brave steps, one little step at a time. Guided by Breezy, a friendly brain with a VERY good alarm system, young people learn why worry happens, how to spot it in their body, and what to do when it gets too loud.
Created by The SEN Advocate, it explains anxiety in warm, kid-friendly language with no jargon and no shame. Worry is treated as a normal feeling that sometimes gets too keen (like a smoke alarm going off over burnt toast). There are no wrong answers, spelling doesn’t count, pages can be done in any order, and drawing, ticking, colouring and typing all count.
